If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of purchase date. Returned products must be in their original condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email cs@besselco.com with your order number to receive further instructions. (no refunds will be granted without a return authorization). All Sale items & Special offers are final sale. Once your return is processed, credit will be issued to the original method of payment for merchandise amount only. The original shipping fees are non-refundable. We can ship to Canada only. Shipping fee is $24 for the purchase of $29.99 or less, $40 for the purchase between $30 - $148.99, free shipping for $149 or more.

It might be the purging process where your skin is adjusting to new product. It takes bit of time for your skin to adjust to new cosmetics, so we recommend using the product with 2 to 3 days of gap in between and to reduce them gradually, helping your skin to get acclimated.

Some might feel the texture of our product to be heavy and sticky at first, but it absorbs incredibly well into the skin, so we recommend adjusting the volume of product depending on your skin condition and usage. For instance, in the morning, apply pea-sized as a nutrition cream and twice the volume in the evening, laying it thick on the skin as a night pack.

Usually, sheet mask is intended for 10 to 20 mins of use. The core function of mask is to deliver concentrated dose of essence into the skin in a relatively short time, so drying is a good barometer as to how well the essence has been absorbed and delivered into the skin.

Revitalizing cream does not use any color additive, so it reflects the hue of white or yellowish white that is the result of ingredient extraction.

We do not use any chemical fragrances, hence the main fragrance of each product is that of natural herb, a main ingredient called Centella asiatica. Depending on the intensity of extraction, the degree of fragrance might vary.

Revitalizing cream and serum are all-in-one nutrition cream/serum intended to provide moisturization and nourishment. It is not intended for acne-prone skin, so we can't guarantee the result. However, our main ingredient, TECA, is scientifically proven to help rejuvenate and soothe skin.

Our products are hypoallergenic-tested, and intended for general use. However, pregnancy can cause hormonal change and your skin could have sensitive reaction. So, we recommend consulting with doctor before use.

After cleansing your face (or after using toner), apply Revitalizing serum,then mask and cream at the last step of your skin care routine.
