About Our Products

This may be part of the skin’s natural purging process as it adjusts to a new product. We recommend using it every 2–3 days at first, then gradually increasing frequency to allow your skin time to adapt.

Our product may feel rich at first, but it absorbs deeply into the skin. Adjust the amount based on your skin’s needs—apply a pea-sized amount in the morning as a nutrition cream, and use a slightly thicker layer at night as a sleeping pack.

Sheet masks are designed for 10–20 minutes of use. As the essence absorbs, the mask naturally begins to dry, which is a sign that your skin has received its concentrated dose of nutrients.

We do not use artificial colorants. The cream’s natural white or yellowish hue comes directly from the extracted ingredients.

We do not use synthetic fragrances. The natural scent comes from Centella Asiatica, our key herbal ingredient. The fragrance may vary slightly depending on the intensity of the extract.

Our Revitalizing Cream and Serum are designed to deliver moisture and nourishment, not specifically to treat acne. However, the key ingredient TECA has been scientifically shown to help soothe and rejuvenate skin, which may support overall skin health.

All products are hypoallergenic-tested and suitable for general use. However, since pregnancy can cause hormonal changes and heightened skin sensitivity, we recommend consulting your doctor before use.

After cleansing (and/or using toner), apply the Revitalizing Serum, follow with the Sheet Mask, and finish with the Revitalizing Creamas the last step in your routine.

Shipping and Refunds

Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of new and unopened beauty products within 14 days of the purchase date. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please email cs@besselco.com with your order number to receive a return authorization. Refunds will not be issued without prior authorization.

  • Final Sale: All Sale items and Special Offers are non-returnable.
  • Opened/Used Items: May be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Once your return is approved and processed, a credit will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise amount only. Please note that:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • MADECA is not responsible for the cost of return shipping or for lost/undelivered returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover all return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email cs@besselco.com with your order number and a photoof the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

  • Madeca offers free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. for orders over $30 USD.
Canada Shipping Policy

Madeca offers free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $149 USD (before taxes and after promotional discounts are applied).
